Return Policy

 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number at info@laboratorynetworks.space.

 

. Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement, at your choice.

 

. Incorrect Orders: If we shipped the wrong item, we’ll cover shipping costs and promptly correct the mistake.

 

. Other Returns: For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the item in its original condition.

 

. Limited Edition Items: These are final sale and not eligible for return.
