Return Policy

We handle issues with orders through replacements in the following cases only:

To initiate a claim, please contact us with your order number at info@laboratorynetworks.space and provide photo proof of the issue. Failure to provide proof will result in no action.

 

. Damaged or Defective Items: If an item arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days of delivery with      

  photos of the issue. We will ship a replacement at no cost to you. you may keep the damaged item.

 

. Lost packages: if your package has not arrived, please wait 10 days after the expected delivery date before contacting us

  with your order number and tracking details. We will work with the carrier to investigate. if the package is confirmed lost,

  we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.

 

. Incorrect Orders: if you receive the wrong item email us within 7 days of receiving the item with photos of the entire order.

  We will ship the correct item at no cost to you. You may keep the incorrect item.

 

. Other Returns: We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or buyer's remorse.

. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges of any kind.

 

. Limited Edition Items: These are final sale. Damaged limited edition items will Be replaced (not refunded). Replacement

  shipping may take longer due to production times

We reserve the right to deny claims that appear fraudulent or lack sufficient evidence.

All replacements are handled case-by-case to prevent abuse.
